SHIPPING & AVAILBILITY
While we always attempt to maintain a substantial in-stock quantity for all of our products, it is possible that we may have less in-stock quantity for a particular fabric than you want to order. If the fabric is back ordered, you will be notified within the 1-2 business days after placing an order with details. If you have a specific due date for your order, contact us for availability before placing an order. If you have ordered multiple items and some of them are immediately available from our inventory, we will ship those to you immediately and send you the back ordered item(s) when it arrives. Do not worry about being double billed for shipping charges.
In stock items will ship in 1-3 business days.
FABRIC/TRIM/WALLPAPER/CUSTOM ORDER RETURNS
All sales are considered final. Returns will be accepted on defective or damaged merchandise only. Otherwise no returns or cancellation of merchandise will be permitted without prior written consent of Loomroom Studio. Any authorized returns are subject to manufacturer’s restocking fee, which can be equal to 25% of the wholesale price or greater. Purchaser agrees to not reverse any credit card payments in case of shipping damage or any dispute and agrees to work directly with Loomroom Studio to resolve any said issues.
ORDERS CHANGE OR CANCELLATION
All orders are considered committed orders, with the exception of submit or reserve orders. A request to change or cancel orders may be accommodated at Loomroom Studio’s sole discretion, only if the order has not already been processed for shipment.
PRE-MADE/SUPPLY/TOOL ORDER RETURNS
All pre-made, sewing & upholstery supply and tool orders are eligible for return within 15 days of shipment receiving date. All returns must be authorized through firstname.lastname@example.org with valid return authorization number. If a returned item arrives in un-sellable condition, without an authorized exception, the refund will not be processed, and we will notify you by email. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of the returned item(s) being received in our office. All refunds are issued against your original form of payment.
